- Profile detail report (.htm)
- Profile MS Word report (.doc)
- Profile MS Word report with areas (.doc)
- Profile report (.htm)
- Underbreak points (.csv)
Note: As an alternative, you can customize and run MS Word-based Tunnel As-Built reports using the Tunnel As-Built Report command.
Prerequisites:
Licensed module. See the Subscription Plans page. For a license matrix by command, see the License page in the TBC Community. Also see View and manage licensed features.
You must assign imported as-built points to the tunnel before generating an ASCII-based tunnel report.
To run an ASCII tunnel report:
- Select Tunnel ASCII Report in Tunnels > Reports to display the Tunnel ASCII Report command pane.
- In the Report type drop-down list, select the appropriate report type.
- Select the Tunnel and Tunnel shape on which to base the report.
The stations to which as-built points have been assigned are displayed in the As-built points table.
Note: To assign as-built points to stations, see Assign Tunnel As-Built Points.
- Optionally, change the Begin station and End station for the report.
By default, the horizontal alignment begin and end stations specified for the tunnel are selected. But you can change them as necessary to select a sub-set of stations. Only the stations with assigned as-built points included in the selection will be included in the report.
- Optionally, in the Save as field change the default report file name and/or location.
By default, the report file is stored in the project folder.
- Check the View output file check box if you want the report to open immediately after it is created.
If the selected report type supports the flagging of exceeded tolerance values (for example, by applying red text), the Tolerance fields are editable.
- If applicable, in the Settings group select tolerance values that if exceeded will be easy to identify in the report.
- Station tolerance - Enter a distance value that if exceeded will cause a Station delta value in the report to display in red.
- Overbreak tolerance - Enter an overbreak distance value that if exceeded will cause the value to display in the report in blue.
- Underbreak tolerance - Enter an underbreak distance value that if exceeded (that is, the actual value is less) will cause the value to display in the report in red.
- Select additional settings as applicable, depending on the selected report type.
- Click the Apply button.
If the View output file check box is checked, the report opens in the appropriate application.
The report file is saved in the project folder or in the location you selected in the Save as field.
