Manually downloading and uploading data
When you are signed in, the Trimble Access software regularly checks for updates to cloud projects and project data files, and will also upload job data at specific times or events. See Cloud-connected workflows.
To manually trigger the download or upload of changes to a cloud project or job at any time, tap the appropriate cloud icon next to the project or job name in the Projects list and the Jobs list:

Tap
to download all changes to the project or job.

Tap
to upload all changes to the project or job.

Tap
and select Upload or Download to resolve a conflict between changes to the project or job in Trimble Connect or on the controller. See Managing file conflicts.
