Why can't I see all my items?
If you do not see all of the items you expect in the Virtual Warehouse, it may be because:
The Virtual Warehouse is automatically filtering items.
When you select an item, the Virtual Warehouse shows only what is available given the items you have already selected.
You have applied a filter.
To remove all filters, press F5 or use your internet browser toolbar to refresh/reload the page. See To filter items.
You have selected a product category in the product bar.
If a product is selected in the product bar (next to the navigation bar), then only products of that type are shown. To show all items, click the All Variants icon at the top of the product bar.
You want to upgrade an item but you can't see any Upgrade configuration levels in the Assign/Upgrade tab.
Upgrade configuration levels do not appear if the initial configuration level has not been installed. First remove the assigned configuration level and then assign the correct configuration level. See To change or upgrade a controller.
You have purchased items in the Trimble Store but the order has not yet been processed.
Use the Trimble Store to track the progress of your order. The order status is shown as Entered, Booked, or Closed. Once the order is closed, it typically takes up to 4 hours for items to appear in the Virtual Warehouse. Occasionally, it may take up to 28 hours for items to appear.
Orders placed outside of the Trimble Store may take longer to appear.
If the item(s) do not appear in the Virtual Warehouse and you think they should have, contact Trimble support. See Additional support for details.
The item was not purchased from Trimble.
Items such as tablets that are not Trimble-branded devices do not appear automatically in the Virtual Warehouse. You can add the device to the Virtual Warehouse yourself and then select it and assign options to it like any other device.
Your Virtual Warehouse login details are not associated with the correct account number for your organization.
Organizations should purchase all items in the Trimble Store through one account. Make sure you are logging into the Virtual Warehouse using the account number used to purchase the items. The Virtual Warehouse shows all supported products ordered by anyone in your organization who uses the same account number.
If you can access more than one account in the Virtual Warehouse, switch to the correct account in the navigation bar.
Occasionally a person in the organization may not be associated with the correct account number. To add items ordered using an incorrect account number to your organization, Trimble must change the ownership of the items ordered. To resolve this issue, contact Trimble support. See Additional support for details.
Items may have been used by another person in your organization.
Because the Virtual Warehouse can be used by several people in the organization, the items you are expecting to see may have been used by another person in your organization.
