Status Bar

The Status Bar, located at the bottom of the TBC window, includes several useful displays and controls:

Status Bar

Rectangle Select

Click to make a selection using a rectangular shape.

Polygon Select

Click to make a selection using a polygonal shape.

Internal Select

Click to select just the faces of a selected mesh you want to use in a scan inspection (as opposed to all faces being selected), giving you more precise control over you inspection deliverables.

Toggle Background Color

Click to invert the background color in all graphic views.

Toggle Gridlines

Click to show or hide gridlines in all graphic views.

Toggle Line Markings

Click to show or hide markers and labels for horizontal and vertical values along linestrings in 2D views.

Show All Lines as Solid

Click to show CAD lines as solid or dashed.

Toggle Ortho Snap Mode

Click to turn ortho snap mode off and on.

Snap

Click this to display the Running Snap Mode Options dialog, in which you can select running snap modes.

Toggle Background Map

Click to show or hide background map data (if available) that is coincident with the model objects in your project.

Current Distance Unit

Displays the current distance units. Click to display the Units section of the Project Settings dialog.

Current Type of Coordinate

Displays the type of coordinate system being used in the project. Click to display the Coordinate System project settings in which you can select to use a different coordinate system.

Coordinate System Zone

Displays the coordinate system zone being used in the project. Click to display the Coordinate System project settings in which you can select to use a different coordinate system.

Flags Pane

Displays if errors have been detected in the project. Click to display the Flags pane. Flagged items have associated messages or errors.

Compute Project button

Displays if changes made to the data require that final coordinates for points be recalculated. Click to compute the project.

Number of Objects Selected

Displays the number of objects that are currently selected.

Plan View Dimensions

If the cursor is not within in the Plan View, displays the XY dimensions of the current view.

If the cursor is within the Plan View, displays the coordinate of the current cursor location.

Coordinates Scroll

Click to display the Coordinates window, which dynamically displays the current location of the cursor in the Plan View.
